  • What is your return policy?

    If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

    Returns

    You have 7 days to contact us and arrange to return an item from the date you received it. Please be aware we cannot refund the cost of delivery.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

    Refunds

    Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund.

    If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund via your original method of payment.

    Shipping

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping

    costs are nonrefundable.

  • Why are your prices cheaper than other retailers?

    After a collective quarter century supplying the furniture trade, our small family business decided to use our contacts and experience to provide the same service direct to the public via our new online shop, thus giving everyone access to the same high quality chairs that trade customers have been enjoying for years, all for a great affordable price.

  • How much is delivery?

    Our delivery options vary with product size, weight, and packaging. While some smaller, boxed chairs may be delivered from £7.75, our loose items will be delivered by pallet, at a flat cost of £65. This is to ensure safety and protection in transit, so your chairs arrive in perfect condition. 

    Delivery cost is calculated at checkout or collection may be arranged by the customer.

  • Can I exchange items?

    If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase for any reason and would like to exchange for another one of our products we are here to help.
